The hotel is upscale and absolutely amazing, located in a shopping area. It is situated next to numerous fantastic restaurants, stores, and popular shopping centers. Our brand-new queen room was located on the lower level.

The staff were great. The breakfast bar was good. The bed was comfortable. No signs of bedbugs!

The smell of the hallway as we came in the side door was musty.

Pleasant staff during my stay. Beautiful room, AMAZING on lower level. Good choice of supplies in the room: climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and took care of us during our 4-day stay. Our room was fairly quiet, tidy, and the bed was large. They provided us with pancakes and eggs in the morning.

Excellent lobby setup with lots of very comfortable leather couches. Great breakfast.

Ceiling is asbestos. Water damage in ceiling. Pool was closed.

The double room on the lower level was the best pick! I really liked having control over the room temperature, flicking through various TV channels, and having a microwave at hand for quick snacks. 🌟

This venue provided me with a very comfortable stay for a business trip, offering a beautiful room with amazing double queen beds, pleasant staff, and an early check-in option.

This motel was very easy to find, well-located, lots of very good restaurants right across the street. Excellent staff, very capable and friendly. Room was lovely.

Stayed at a nice little upscale hotel for 1 night and had a good experience due to the exceptionally nice location near restaurants and bars.

It's an amazing affordable hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff members. the rooms are fairly quiet and tidy on the lower level. - the venue offers pancakes and eggs in the morning. - the hotel has a good location near restaurants. - This property is close enough to everything, clean, good value, with shower/tub or grab bars, and shopping centers.

It was a bit of a nightmare. When my boyfriend and I arrived they were short staffed and reservation desk was completely unmanned for 20 minutes. When the staff member arrived he tried to be friendly and helpful, but it was clear he needed more support. Because of our wait our room was upgraded, but our room felt dingy and outdated. The comforter had multiple cigarette burns and gross stains. After we were in our room for about 30 minutes a multiple person fight broke out directly in front of our room. When we tried to call the front desk for security no one answered so we had to call the police. I didn't feel safe staying there after that so we left. On our way out the door, after the cops broke up the fight there was still no one at the front desk.This all took place around 1:30am. I would not recommend staying here. It is understaffed, feels dingy, outdated, and unsafe.

amazing hotel, magnificent location, fantastic room. nice building and rooms with double queen beds. breakfast with bagels and waffle maker. location really close to everything, clean and good value and numerous restaurants and shopping centers. also, in the middle of jackson.
